Who controls your data

What we collect

Account data: your email, name and hashed password.

Onboarding answers you choose to give us.

Usage data: API requests with path, status, latency and user agent, plus any task description your agent sends with a request.

Billing data is held by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, bill you, answer you, and decide what to build next. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes it

Hosting, database, email delivery and payment providers process data for us under their own terms and only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists. Usage logs for up to 12 months. Billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Ask us at support@fanduelapi.com to access, correct, export or delete your data. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including complaining to a regulator.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a first-party visitor cookie to count how people move through signup. We do not use advertising cookies.
