Who we are

FanDuel API is operated by FF API Inc., a the British Virgin Islands BVI business company ("we"). Our address is FF API Inc., Registered address pending, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, VG. These terms govern your use of fanduelapi.com, its API and its MCP server.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for every API key you create, including keys used by agents acting for you. Keep keys secret and revoke any you no longer use.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, probe or disrupt the service, or get around limits and plan restrictions.

Plans and billing

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until canceled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the current period ends unless the portal says otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.

We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you store here. You grant us the limited permission we need to host and process it to provide the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
