Short answerYes. Your agent sends your email and use case to POST https://fanduelapi.com/api/v1/agent/signup, you get a verification email and approve it in the browser, and the agent collects a Free key from /api/v1/agent/token. Nothing happens without your click.

If your email already has an account, the email asks you to sign in to it and approve there; the link alone never adds a key to an existing account.
Signups are limited per network, per mailbox and in total each hour, and disposable addresses are refused. Paid plans are never bought this way.
